“𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭:𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸….”
Chris is confidently scaling new heights in her career - the politics, influence and mindset shifts needed - to take her closer to her goal as we progress in our coaching.
All the while, her marriage has been crumbling.
Her husband’s career took a nosedive just as Chris’ took off.
Just when he needed her support the most -Chris regularly attacked Kevin with harsh words, coming from her anger and resentment at having to carry the family.
𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲?
Can you really focus on work when home is not working?
(Or.,. function well at home, when work isn’t working.)
You can really only be happy when you’ve untangled the messy intersection of your work and personal relationships.
Which is why clients come to me to coach them as a whole human being - not arbitrary parts of who they are.

In-between helping Chris continue her career momentum, I coached Chris to understand:
• Kevin’s situation (put into perspective), and his needs.
• How her behavior is hurting him, and destroying her marriage.
And… adding to this new understanding, equip Chris with the exact scripts, words to communicate with Kevin so she can create the relationship she actually wants.
